The New Earth Saga

The Year is 4087AD But to them its 127NE, NE standing for New Earth.

Teaching law and spiritual enlightenment to all who want to learn, cities have long been destroyed by old war, a state of peace keeps the planet safe and secure, or so it would seem.

The land was now covered in radiated stones that gave them an abnormal power, the radiation even though harmful once before, was now safe, after hundreds of years the planet healed and grew with its new power,

The world now, was split amongst the many Academies, Earth, Wind, Fire, Lightning, Water, and the lost Academy of light. Each competing against one another in spiritual tournaments,

There are two different types of tournament, Local academy tournaments which happened on the demand of the academy masters, and National Tournaments which however only happened once a year, the local tournaments are only for the students of the Academy in which that student resides, the only way for an outsider to fight and train in the local tournaments is to win the National and gain the right to fight for the powers of the other Academy,

The National Tournament is held in one of the many Academies, five of the best students face one versus one bouts in treacherous arenas, the victor moving onto the next round, the winner of the tournament gains a sword of power, these swords are made by the masters and the materials are a mixture of the radiated rocks and stone, to create a truly masterful blade to wield, the student will now turn master and seek out other academies for their tournaments.

Many a student has become master, and many die within the lands of the new earth, Mutants, a scarred and depraved form of human, bred into insanity, they attack travellers and the academies, these once peaceful beings were also human, but along with most of mankind during the wars they became radiated and disfigured,

Surviving humans though only partially radiated developed unusual powers which became part of the natural evolution, these powers mixed with the different rocks gems and metals, could unleash a force so great that it could kill the bearer.

This story starts with an extraordinary student, who's power and focus bewilder that of the masters, Ji Mereth, Abandoned at birth and taken in by the master of the Polaris Academy, spent his life dedicated to the arts of his teachings, winner of the Grand tournament that took place at the Jupiter Academy, he will now set forth on his adventure as a new master, gaining the skills and powers from academies across the new world...
